What the program guarantees

  • Only the highest bidder can receive the prize.
  • Settlement is permissionless: anyone can trigger it once the clock runs out.
  • Nobody, including us, can edit a bid, pick a winner or move escrow.
  • Burn vault USDC can only leave inside a buy-and-burn transaction.
  • A pause can never freeze funds for more than 24 hours.

What you still trust us with

  • The upgrade authority is currently a single key. We plan to move it to a multisig.
  • The operator funds each prize; if it runs out of SOL, no new auction opens.
  • Team wallets could bid like anyone else.
